[DML] Hazard lights.

I just wanted to let everyone know that my turn
signal/hazard light situation seems to be fixed.  The
hazard lights work perfectly now - car without key,
with key, or driving on the road.  Thank you all for
your help and insights in regards to the previous
manner.
