The easiest thing to do (what to try first) would be to make sure the door is unlocked and then make sure it is cpmpletly closed. You may have to push it to make sure. If that doesn't work then you have to remove the trim panels and pull on the linkage inside to get it open. There have been posts in the past on exactly what to push and pull. In any case be careful, there are a lot of sharp edges inside the door on which to cut yourself. After you get it open you should go over all of the door adjustments and anchor pins. Do this on level, flat ground.
