I had my auto shifter sliding cover broken due to stupidity on my part 
when I had that part of the console opened up to rewire the clock....I 
did not get it back right and first time I moved the shift lever it 
jammed and broke in there......I got the new sliding plate from a vendor 
and  the cost was very minimal.
