If you have your original valet with all the paperwork there is a little 
black book in there called "dealer list", that would tell you.
I have seen this list reporduced on the net several times but I forget 
where.
You might want to google search it.

I don't know about the banners, but I have the letters on my wall.
They look ok I guess, they are cheap enough.
