Stripe Removal

Good question. But not to fear!! My first car had the stripe on it and 
I didn't like it. Instructions I got from Don at DeLorean Motor Center 
in CAlifornia were the following: It is simply glued on, take a hair 
dryer and start slowly by heating it up to loosen the glue. Start 
peeling....That's it. If it does leave any residue on the car it is 
easily removed with a blending pad that can be bought from any vendor or 
use a green 3M scotch brite pad. I did it and it worked fine, you 
would never tell it had a stripe
