Looking for a car inspector in Wisconsin

Hello,

Finally, after finishing high school, 3 years of college (so far) 
and finding a good engineering co-op, I'm in a position to purchase 
my dream car. However, I live in Pennsylvania, and the car I'm 
looking to buy is in Wisconsin; particularly, Holmen, Wisconsin. 
So, here I am looking for someone who would be willing to inspect 
and drive a car (with a manual transmission). Please e-mail me
