Interesting news info on JZD estate...

I met a guy tonight who said the following information was in many local
papers around here (NJ). He said that last week Donald Trump bought JZD's
old estate from the current owners. He plans on dividing it into 25 seperate
25 acre estates, with the rest being used as a golf course. The main house
is to be used as a headquarters. This sounds very much like the plans that
were already laid out for the estate. Does anyone have any other info on
this or can someone confirm this?
