i was the one who said it was near the cat - i'm not sure exactly where it 
goes, because i found mine loose sitting by the heatshield. i don't know 
where it was supposed to go, but obviously from somewhere in that area. the 
engine cradle sounds likely to me. if you can't find it, your's probably 
already fell off!!
