There are instructions in the DMCNews tech section on how to remove the 
door trim and also how to get to these bolts - but don't do what I did 
and destroy your mirror switch trying to remove it! You need to take out 
the mirror switch in order to access one of these bolts

I would disagree with Bob - getting the bolts OUT is not a problem. 
Getting the buggers back IN, now that's another story...
