In the process of the restoration of Vin6463 I needed to get the Seats recovered as the leather was seriously cracked. Long story short, I found a company in Belfast that originally produced the seat covers for DMC, and they happily took on the job to restore my seats. This time totally leather, no PVC sides or back. Today I called in to see how it was going and received an apology. Which went:- " I must apologise, you see they person I was supervising back in 1981, did not put the headrest on your seat straight, causing the foam to be pushed out of shape, however I have managed to fix it for you, and it is now as it should have been 20 years ago."
