I tried posting before to correct a misunderstanding from my post regarding the SS fascia's so I'll try again with a short and sweet post: The 30 MPH test I was refering to is the actual DOT standard that car manufactures have to test with (crash test). The actual bumpers themselves should tolerate a 5 MPH bump without any major damage to any parts of the car.
