Classic symptom of a broken 2nd gear roll pin. Good news - it costs 
about 75 cents. Bad news - it's inside the transmission. Shift 
carefully, fix it next time you need a new clutch. 
You also may have a slight linkage crossgate adjustment issue. 
Procedure is in the manual.
