engine cover

Dear list:
With recent talk of the Louvre, I have an engine cover question. How do I
tighten the bolts that connect the engine cover to the body? It appears
that the bolt/nut is inside the fiberglass body. Do I need to get to this
from underneath, around the engine or from inside the car? Any help
appreciated. Thanks
