Pathetic horns?

My horns sound like anemic French cab horns, do they all sound like
that? I'd like macho horns, I don't want something that makes me want
to say "excuse me" on those rare occasions when I feel the need to
energize them.

In my previous life (GM cars) most had an adjustment, a lock nut and a
screw that would adjust the tone. Do these horns have the same. I'm
not going under the car any more than necessary, if these aren't
adjustable I'll live with my embarrassment.
