I now have a web page up with the information that JZD wants to share with us.

I did a quick glance through it and a big thanks to Gary for putting it up. 
It appears I have a one page that is duplicated (9 or 10) and I will get that 
fixed shortly but its long reading so this will at least give you a good 
start.

As John sends more I will post it
