Matching tyres in the UK

Question for all UK Delorean owners.

Has anyone replaced their tyres recently?

I've so far spent over a week trying to find matching front and rears only to be told that Yokohama no longer make rears, and Michelin are so far not yet available in the UK.

Any help would be appreciated.
