Richard, Idle is not adjustable except by the ECU unit. If your idle is above
2000 rpm, the the ECU idle unit may be bad. Cost for that is around
$235.00+/- a few dollars. If it's good then the Idle speed motor could be
bad. Or by checking it out you might have a bad fuse. Check those obvious
things first. If you think it turnes out to be the ECU or the motor, Let me
know, I have repaired two of them. ECU that is.
