Modification - Horns/High-Beams

Hello all,
I noticed a nice feature on a Lancia when attending a carshow the other day. 
When you used the horn, the high-beams flashed together with the horn for a 
second.

Now, I think this would be a nice feature to have on my DeLorean. Is there 
an easy (and reversible) modification that will allow you to flash the high 
beams simultaneously with using the horn?
