[DML] Repair shop list Update

Fellow DMCer's,
We now have 33 shops in 15 states and two outside the US. Here are the states 
sent in PA,NJ,GA,SC,VA,AZ,MI,TX,CA,KA,CO,NC,TN,IL, plus Canada and Germany. 
If you did not see your state listed please send any shops ( that you have 
used and liked the service) to ABatt10347@xxxxx Thank you to all who have 
sent in shops. I will keep listings open until end of month, this should 
allow anyone the time to send in their shops. I will get the completed list 
posted first week of April.
