[DML] Rebuilding fascias

Somebody asked if there are any fascia rebuilds out there. 

It's an idea that makes much sense, because the current fascias not only
sag, but they are also so dried out, that new aint won't stick that well
on them anymore. I know from experience :-(. 

I guess that there is a safety issue though. Imagine getting sued by
that pedestrian who gets all the fibreglass into his spine on a
collision!
