Mike-

Possibly, but there's one other thing you might check. I had the exact same 
symptons at one time. I turned out that my fuel pump fuse (very top, in the 
middle) had actually gotten so hot it melted through the fuse panel. I ran a 
fuse holder and this eliminated my problem.
