I agree totally, life is not fair, after JZD loses the farm he will most 
likely convert to Chapter 7. The tendancy is to "squirrel away" a few 
Million for the future. This happend to a guy from New England who owned 
dozens of chain restaurants, and he landed in jail. You can be sure the 
feds and lawyers will be watching JZD closely. The B*^^*%#'s would love to 
jail him. 75 is a tough age to have to start over.
