| The fiberglass normally has a semi-flat black finish. Because of
exposure to gasoline at the gas filler area this flat finish dissolves. To
return the black fiberglass sections to their factory finish spray with Krylon
semi-flat black spray paint. Follow the directions on the can to achieve the
factory look.

PM Subject: [DML] Fiberglass
'glossyness' The fuel fill area along with the area under the vent grille of
my car
is glossy, but only in patches.  Did the cars come from the
factory
with this area glossy?  If so/not, are there any suggestions
as to how
I could restore this area to it's original
appearance?

It's been bugging me for some time, and I've finally
decided to do
something about it.  This coming spring, I'm having the
faschias
 repainted,
and if it's a matter of clearcoating or something
related that would be
a good time for me to refinish it.

 Thanksfor
any suggestions,
 Luke
