I have heard of this "Frame Rust" problem in earlier threads and was 
wondering, if you have to have a frame off restoration anyway can't you have 
the frame welded up, ground smooth, dunked and them painted with Grey 
Hammertone? We have a good frame welder in town who performs miracles with 
a stick welder.
