[DML] Fuel Enrichment Circuit - Help!

Can somebody please shed some light on the fuel enrichment circuit.  Is it labeled something else in the manuals?

 

How do you adjust it?  My car idles super rough and stutters upon acceleration. 

 

Spent the weekend cleaning, re-assembling the fuel tank, new fuel filter etc.. so these are not the culprit.
