Your new seals come with the seal and a new stainless piece basically glued 
to them. When you put your new pop rivet thru the stainless piece it goes 
thru your seal and attaches to the roof of the door. This is what holds them 
in place. You have to remove the T-panel in order to replace the seals 
correctly.
