[DML] flasher help!

Hello:

Im new to this mailing list and am seeking information on my car (2946). I 
bought the car going on two years ago and have not driven it too much. The 
major problem I have is that the turn lights and flashers do not work. I 
have checked all the lights themselvs and have looked through the fuses. All 
seem in order. I was looking for the flasher unit hoping that may be the 
cause, but can not find it. Can someone PLEASE help me with the location of 
the flasher unit?
