I think its only fair to stand up for d1 
They have invested a lot of money in the car and have superb facilitys also 
when I have dealt with them they have always been good . Over the phone 
diagnostics is not easy and if you have the money new parts and complete new 
systems are always the best bet .
I am however really rich and use bank notes to heat my house (NOT)
If anyone from Delorean 1 is reading this I really need a new steering 
wheel :-)
