If Im not mistaken I believe it is actually a yard that sells off 
insurance claim vehicles. By this I mean if an agency views the 
vehicle as being less then its worth in a claim they pay off the 
claim then auction the car off. I believe I saw this particlar 
vehicle come up on the auction about a month agao but did not see if 
anyone won it, its gotta meet a reserve. There are hundreds of these 
yards across the country. The auctions are held via the internet 
through a company that handles the insurace vehicle sales.
