[DML] Fuel Temperature.

Have anyone verified that Fuel Temperature is a
problem? Cold fuel is more efficient, but many people
drive their DeLoreans in hot climate with no problems.
Many years back, there was someone selling a rubber
shield that blocked the hot air coming out of the
radiator from blowing over the fuel tank.
I don't remember who it was, but I have seen a few
installed on cars. Looked to be a good idea, although
I saw no data to prove it was effective.
