Hi David. Most fabric shops like Minnesota Fabric and JoAnn's have the headliner materials with foam backing in stock. If you catch one with a good inventory, they'll have Black, grey, blue, burgundy, and tan. If I remember correctly, it runs about $12 per running yard. Just a tip though; spring the extra few dollars to get the 3M General Trim adhesive instead of the generic sprays. I've used a bunch of different ones, but I feel the 3M is superior.
