[DML] Horrible Idle problem

I just got my car running for the first time since i bought it. When 
we first fired it it ran like crap sputters, runs rich won't idle. I 
just put a new fuel distributor in from John Hervey. It runs better 
but still idles like crap and runs to rich. What else should i 
replace and where should my co adjustment & idle speed controls be 
set to? Thanks for all you help. Who knows mayby this thing will run 
someday.
