[DML] Continued: Timing marks on crankshaft pulley

No, #1 fires, followed by #6, then the pause that is our odd fire
sequence.
I'll get pertinent pages from Volvo's factory literature scanned and
upload to #5939's photo album.
I don't make this stuff up...
