Some of the vendors have them, I believe.  Try John Hervey (
www.specialtauto.com).  Alternately, you can make one yourself.  Go to
your local hardware store and buy a piece of 5/16 key-stock.  Put a 90
degree bend in it about 3/4" from the end.  You'll have to heat it
with a torch to get a nice bend.  Then just cut off the excess length
from the other end, leaving it long enough to form a handle.  This is
what I did and it works like a charm.  I got this idea from other list
members.  It was really easy and inexpensive to make.
