[DML] Update on the Northern IL caravan to PF

It looks like we'll be starting out on Wednesday AM with 5 DeLoreans 
(including one each from ND, SD, and MN), picking up two more on the 
west side of Chicago. We are trying to coordinate lunch in 
Indianapolis with an owner who's not making the show, and then 
spending the evening in Florence KY (Cincinnati). We'll be picking up 
three more in the morning (one of those from Canada! - Hi Marv)and 
one in Lexington, for a total of 11 DeLoreans (and two SUVs) in the 
group. 

Anyone else along the way that wants to joint contact me.
