[DML] Passenger Mirror Makes Rattling Noise

Hey all, 
     I recently discovered just what is making my car rattle, and it is 
inside of the passenger side mirror I believe.   Has anyone else had this problem?  
 Any ideas on how to go about fixing it?   I plan on popping the piece off of 
the bottom and seeing if there are any bolts in there to tighten up, but 
should I look for anything else?
