Holy crap, that car is toasted. That's sad.

I can't see even bothering to restore it. Looks like a parts car to
me. With all that rust I'll bet the frame is shot. Also, can't see any
way it only has 3500 miles on it. Nobody ruins a pristine 3500 mile
DeLorean by leaving it out in the weather for decades and using the
interior as a storage location. The interior is heavily worn. I'll bet
that's 103500 or 203500 miles...
