DMCH got permission for JZD to use the logo. It belongs to the 
DeLorean estate, not Stephen Wynne. It is, however, to their 
benefit to butt heads with anyone that uses the logo they use and 
they have the interest and financial backing to bully any one that 
conflicts with them. If you have the time and money to fight it, go 
ahead. You'll win.
