Ohhhhh...Bob....Threatening his car with vandalism?  Isn't that 
exactly what you are accusing him of?....I thought your lawyer advised 
you to not comment on this anymore?  This statement clearly implies 
you were really mad and angry and not all calm and nice like you want 
everyone to believe.   So who was the agressor here?....considering 
how you felt.....
