I can most assuredly tell you that it DID NOT happen. As Shannon pointed out earlier. When asked what happened on Friday Robert initally told the truth - NOTHING HAPPENED. Monte simply ignored Bob and let him stir in his own juices. I was the one who responded to Bob by simply letting him know that perhaps he should have taken down Monte's images like he asked him 6 months before. THAT'S IT. This whole harrassment story happened later when Robert needed to turn public opinion away from his toddler hissy fits and paint Monte into a corner. In fact, Robert was the one harrasing Monte (while Robert's wife was filming him) and trying provoke Monte into a fight. Then ROBERT saw fit to deface/vandalize/violate Monte's car on Saturday while we assume everyone was taking the group photo outside. If anything Bob should not be the one talking to a lawyer... unless its to formulate a defense strategy. -Gary --- In DMCForum@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, Jon Heese <dmcforum@...> wrote: > > It isn't illegal to call someone a name, but it is illegal to threaten > someone with violence or their property with damage.
