Dave, Its actually quite simple. This is the only remaining venue where the issue is in the public eye since Robert can not delete/edit his comments here. The Friday/Saturday activity on his own board has already been removed/edited. I've not brought it up too much on my board since it doesn't matter to much to me. I am pretty much only involved because Robert made his inital post which was entirely innacurate. This post is what made it's way back to Ken during the show and for some reason I believe he throught the "supposed" threats of physical violence and vandalism were somehow true. At that point it was nearly impossible to talk with him about the issue. As I said earlier, I've been dealing with Robert and his antics/delusions for over two years now. So far this has pretty much been going by the book. :) We've had his initial blowup, we've had his attempts to cover up that blowup, we've had his version of the "truth" and then when all else fails he's resorted to threats of lawsuits in a last ditch effort to scare people into submission... Like I said... Typical. -Gary --- In DMCForum@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, "Dave Stragand" <dave.stragand@...> wrote: > > I'm trying not to take any sides, here, but I do have a question for VB > and also a comment to all of the interested parties. > > > > VB: If this happened in Illinois, but you, Gary, and Monty all live in > different states, -where- exactly would a lawsuit be filed?
