This was addressed pretty well in the DML forum.
 
Distance for Ken to travel with all his gear, and several other factors play
a part in it all.  Not to mention posts that the DOA is having a huge event
next may in Vegas.

So, what, does the West not exist at all??? 2,000+ miles of driving
