FYI,
For those of us that are hooked on Top Gear and Fifth Gear, but don't live 
in the UK, I would recommend going to:
http://www.finalgear.com/

They host torrents of all the shows. I usually download a bunch before 
going on a business trip so I can watch them on the plane.
