A quick Google search seems to show this is an emission inspection sticker
issued in California.  Where was it placed on the car?

On one of the cars we ran across an engine sticker we weren't familiar with.
I'm
sure someone else out there has seen one of these before. Can you give us
any
history as to what this was for? Was this done at KAPAC, a local dealer,
or...?
