The neon 'look' comes from monochromatic light. LEDs should be able to duplicate that fairly well. -----Original Message----- From: DMCForum@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:DMCForum@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Ryan Wright Sent: Wednesday, April 26, 2006 1:00 AM To: DMCForum@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [DMCForum] Neon Yes, neon. Why? I don't know. Why not? Useful for parades, car shows, and whatnot. Has anyone ever done this? Any tips on installation? I'm torn between silver and blue. What's your opinion? Has anyone looked into those color changing LED "neon" systems? From the pictures, they'd like you to believe it's every bit as crisp and bright as neon. The ability to change to any color in the rainbow at will is a strong pull, but I just can't imagine the light being as good as neon. What do you think? -Ryan Yahoo! Groups Links Yahoo!
