I have a bell hosing, but a piece broke off right near
the opening for the clutch fork. I still have the
piece, and a good TIG welder could fix it.

What is wrong with yours?

Input shaft, you may want to try some of the vendors. 
Grady has the rest of the transmission that this
bell-housing came off of (I bought it for parts so
mine could be rebuild) and left him the rest of the
parts that mine did not need.

other than that, maybe Martin can find you one from a
Renault over there.
