This was made by VSE - Vehicle Security Electronics in California, but they
are no longer in business.

You can try these people and they may have one for you.  I have bought from
them before for my own VSE alarm and they were nice to deal with.

What specific information are you looking for?  Maybe it will be similar to

I own vin #05211.  The car was refurbished at DMC Houston in April 
2001. A Raptor alarm model VS9400 was installed.

Does anyone have this alarm and have the installation manual?  I 
really need a copy.
