Right, that is another way of looking at it. I assumed the Greg was saying that both of the cars were LHD but the film was reversed in the Marge/Maggie driving scene (can't tell which side the driver is on in the driveway scene). Your version of the film reversal question is still puzzling, and in addition it goes along with the assumption that the trailer was shot in the UK/for a UK audience, and thus doesn't solve the "Why a British trailer for an American movie?" question.
