There is local radio station that plays this fake commercial where they say,
"Happy Guantanimo, Merry Chakkakan, Happy Hi-hohie-haha or whatever you
do..." and it is so funny. I just don't feel like the holidays are really
here unless I am insulted from all sides. :)
Speaking of which, did anyone see SNL this past weekend? They did a skit
where they sang carols all changed to generic words. For example...
"Silent Night... non-descript night..." It was too funny.

Don't start, Marc. That was not a religious conversation.
Christmas is a national holiday. Wishing somebody a Merry Christmas is
no different than wishing a Happy Thanksgiving, Happy New Year, etc.
It's a polite gesture that says, "Enjoy the upcoming holiday." Whether
that person celebrates it doesn't matter, December 25th is Christmas
and I hope everyone, religious or not, has a wonderful time.
