[DMCForum] owner and moderator update...

I just found out where to edit Samuel and the remaining Walt identity and
they are now regular ole users.

So, now I am the only "owner".  The only extra privilege I have is that I
can delete the group, which I would never do.

As I also stated in a previous email to the list, "...I haven't found out
how to remove his email address from that section."
